The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
Most listings will state what the appropriate sizing is, but feel free to also send a message if you have a specific size you would like to have made. We specialize in newborn to toddler and of course adult flower crowns!

Shipping Questions
You can choose between standard shipping with OR without a tracking number. With tracking, it is pricier but you guarantee delivery and can follow your item en route! We recommend tracked shipping.
